Happy to say the team at THRIVE Training are awesome, energetic, personal and knowledgeable! Before I started there, I was lost in any fitness routine. I just couldn't bring myself to working out. Thrive is great as they have small group training which helps them to help each individual. I needed to do something for myself to get balance back in my life. I've realized as I'm aging that fitness is different from when I was younger. I am still working on it, but I'm seeing results. I look forward to working out everyday. And the energy I feel after I've worked out feels me through the day and helps me make better choices throughout the day! Thrive has been the best thing I’ve done in years. I completely let myself go and was starting to feel very uncomfortable. This team is getting me back to my confident self again. That’s priceless. Workouts with Sean and Courtney have been motivating and fun. They are so kind, knowledgeable and patient, giving me just the boost I need. I don’t feel judged or pressured. I feel like I’m working out with my best friends which encourages me to show up every day. Who doesn’t want to be around good vibes AND get your sweat on? Sign me up. The staff and Oliver are so nice and welcoming! I love going there to get my workouts because I’ve seen amazing results ever since I started! The team makes sure you have a great workout every time. I love that I get personalized workouts for my body type and goals for myself as well. I can’t wait to keep going back for more!!

Just wanted to say a big “Thank you!” to Oliver and his team at Thrive Training in Irvine. Coming back from injury has been tough, but the support I receive from Thrive has made the journey a lot easier. I enjoy coming in for my personalized workouts often and feel much improved when I leave. Happy to say that I am seeing much progress in my body thanks to Thrive and will be returning to my normal self soon!
