This Swiss Ball Rollout is one of the fundamentals that one should learn.
It challenges your spine to maintain its neutral position while moving and testing the resiliency of your spine.
We try to master 3 sets of 10 reps.
- Arms should be pushing into the ball during movement
- Imagine a straight line from your knees to crown of head. Nothing bends or moves.
- Inhale at the top, hold your breath as you go down, exhale as you come up.
