November 2025 Oliver’s Insider Circle Highlights

This month’s edition is filled with gratitude, reflection, and real stories from our Thrive community 🍂💪
As we move toward the holidays, these stories remind us what truly matters most — people, purpose, and progress that comes from showing up.

Inside the Mind of Oliver Nam – What Matters Most 🏡

Oliver shares how his idea of happiness has changed over the years. It is no longer about bigger homes or bank accounts, but about the people who fill the house. A touching moment with his daughter Ella’s heart check-up brought everything into perspective and reminded him that true wealth is found in connection and community. November brings this clarity for many of us, reminding us to slow down, stay consistent, and enjoy what matters most.

A Cup of Joe – First Half Marathon ☕

Joseph reflects on completing his first official half-marathon in October. What started as a simple 10K turned into a powerful journey of rediscovery and discipline. After months of training, sacrifices, and focus, he hit his goal of finishing under 1:40. His story is a reminder that consistent effort and support from the community can help us achieve more than we thought possible.

Jon’s Journey – Overwhelmed! 🧱

Jon opens up about what it feels like to lose focus and get caught up in the rush of life. He shares how he recognized the signs, pressed pause, and brought himself back to the present through journaling, meditation, and self-care. His reflection reminds us to slow down, take a breath, and return to what really matters — our peace and our presence.

Veronika’s Views – Thank You, Body 🌿

Veronika writes about learning to appreciate her body after years of dealing with injury and fear of re-injury. Strength training helped her rebuild confidence and reminded her of everything her body can still do. This Thanksgiving season, she encourages us to focus less on limitations and more on gratitude for our health, our movement, and the gift of showing up.

Kaelen’s Korner – Cardio Is Hard but Rewarding 🙂

Kaelen talks about Thrive’s team workouts and what they have taught him about endurance, teamwork, and perseverance. What started as exhaustion turned into growth and strength. Over time, he adapted to the challenge, built his stamina, and discovered how rewarding it feels to push past limits. Now, he makes sure to keep cardio a regular part of his training.

Naomi’s Insights – When the Body Begs and the Mind Withholds 💫

Thrive member Naomi Coe shares a powerful reflection inspired by reading Frankenstein. She writes about how we sometimes withhold care from ourselves and how learning to listen to our body’s needs can help us find balance and strength. Her story invites us to be kinder to ourselves and curious about what we are truly capable of when we stop holding back.

Member Spotlight – Connie Coatsworth 🌟

Our November Member of the Month is Connie Coatsworth. Whether she’s in the studio three times a week or working out while traveling, Connie is the definition of consistency. She is known for her humor, her calm presence, and her dedication to staying strong for the life she loves. We also have to mention her legendary track record in the Lost and Found corner — gloves, jackets, and even keys — but that’s part of her charm. Connie shows that strength training is not punishment, it is preparation for the life you want to live.
