Hi everyone,

I know it can be overwhelming to stay up with the news, worrying about your loved ones, and making sure everyone around you is clean.

What are hurdles are you facing that keep you away from working out everyday?

Examples:

  • Cant find space to workout
  • Work is chaos
  • Eating healthy is difficult
  • Zoom video is too difficult
  • My shoulder is killing me

Let me know! I don?t have all the answers?but I have a lot of them! Ha!
